Junior Academy — Terms and Conditions

Booking a place

Places are sold as a six-week block, not as individual sessions. Booking is confirmed once payment is received and you'll get an email confirmation with your session time and start date.

Sessions run at Bootle Golf Course in the floodlit range bays. Groups are for ages 6 to 16 and we'll place your child by age and stage on the day.

A place is for the named child on the booking. Please don't send a different child in their place without telling us first — we need to know who's on site.

What's included

• Six coached sessions, one hour each
• One Apeiron kids polo in the colour and size selected at booking
• All clubs and balls
• Coaching from qualified instructors with enhanced DBS clearance

Price and payment

£100 for the six-week block, paid in full at booking. There's no per-session option.

Missed sessions

We can't refund or credit individual sessions you miss. Let us know if your child can't make a week and we'll do what we can, but the block is priced as six sessions and staffed on that basis.

Cancellations and refunds

Any time before the block starts: full refund, no questions

After the first session: if your child tries it and decides it isn't for them, tell us and we'll refund the remaining five sessions. They keep the polo. We'd rather they came back to golf later than be put off by a block they didn't want to finish.

After the second session onwards: no refund, except for medical reasons — see below.

Medical withdrawal at any point: we'll either move your child to a later block or refund the sessions they haven't had, whichever suits you better. Just talk to us.

If we cancel: if we cancel a session we'll add a week to the end of the block. If we cancel the whole block, you get a full refund.

Weather

Sessions run in most conditions — the bays are covered and floodlit. We'll only cancel for genuinely unsafe weather, and we'll message you as early as we can if we do.

Your child's safety

A parent or guardian must stay on site for the whole session for children aged 6 and under. For older children you're welcome to stay but don't have to.

Everyone must be brought to the bay and collected from it by an adult. We're responsible for your child during the session only, not before or after it.

Please arrive five minutes early. If nobody has collected your child fifteen minutes after the session ends, we'll call the number on your booking, then the emergency contact.

All coaches hold enhanced DBS clearance and we follow England golf community golf instructor safe guarding policy. A copy is available on request.

Tell us about medical conditions, allergies or additional needs at booking. We can almost always accommodate them, but only if we know.

Behaviour

Golf involves clubs swinging in a confined space, so we need children to listen to their coach and stay in their bay. We'll speak to you first if there's a problem. We reserve the right to remove a child from the programme for behaviour that puts others at risk, and in that case we'd refund the remaining sessions.

 Photos and videos

We ask separately at booking whether we can use photos or video of your child in our marketing, on social media and on our website.

Saying no doesn't affect the booking in any way. If you say no, we'll make sure your child isn't photographed or filmed, and if they appear in a group shot by accident we'll remove it.

Your data

We collect your child's name, age and school, your contact details, an emergency contact, and any medical or additional needs information. We use it to run the sessions safely, order the right kit and contact you about the programme.

We keep it for 12 months after the block ends and we don't sell it or pass it to third parties. If you'd rather we deleted it sooner, email us and we will. You can ask to see what we hold or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@apeiron-clothing.com.

School information helps us understand where our juniors come from and may inform how we approach schools about our coaching programmes. We'd never identify your child to a school without asking you first.

You're confirming at booking that you're the parent or guardian and can consent on your child's behalf.

The polo

Colours and sizes are selected at booking and ordered on that basis, so we can't exchange once the block has started. Colours are subject to availability — if the one you picked has run out we'll contact you before ordering. If it arrives faulty, tell us and we'll replace it.
